Armitage Solutions - FAQs
Do I have to pay for my first meeting?
No, your first consultation is always free and the right to work together is reserved by all parties involved.
What kind of questions will I be asked during the consultation?
What entity type is your business (dba, LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp)? If you don't know we can research this together.
Do you already use bookkeeping software; if yes, which kind (QuickBooks, Peachtree, Excel, etc.).
Families will be asked for general household budget items and sources of income, and we will discuss your desired level of assistance (billpay, budgeting, tracking deductions, etc.).
What paperwork will be needed?
During the consultation you will receive a sample Service Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement. Once we have decided upon the specific services to be provide, these documents will be completed based on the consultation discussion and given to you to sign prior to the first submission of bookkeeping records.
If you are a family in need of direct account bill payment options or account management assistance, a Power of Attorney may be necessary.
What do I bring to the first work appointment?
Whether we are on-site or you are dropping off information, you will want to have your current bank statements available for the accounts you want kept in the system. This may include business and personal accounts for some family-owned business situations.
